In Memory of Bert Robinson

Bert Pollard Robinson, 84, of Hobucken passed away Friday, September 6, 2013, at home. 

He was a member of Hobucken Methodist Church. He was a commercial fisherman, farmer, and hunting guide. He was a member of the Ruitan Club.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Julie Ann Ross.

He is survived by his wife, Frances Sadler Robinson; two daughters, Katrina R. Hopkins of Hobucken and Carrie Frances Hodge of Grantsboro; three grandchildren, Jennifer Frances Hopkins, Carrie Elizabeth Hodge and Tara Denise Mercer; and two great-grandchildren.

His funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Monday, September 9 at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Roach officiating. Interment will follow immediately in Barnett Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
