Get It Right

There is just some things in this world that "erk" me.

#1.  It is called Chocolate SOP - not Chocolate Gravy.   There is nothing more festive, with a wee bit of naughtiness, than having piping hot cheese biscuits with chocolate sop on a cold winter morning.

And lastly....

#2.  It is Lowland.  As in Low Land.  It is not Lowlands.  Drop that "S".  Who in the world started putting the "S" at the end of Lowland?  Gees!
